GOALS
IVICSA was tasked with updating the ordnance and mantainment plan by identifying, characterising, and prioritising the existing actors in the basin, designing and implementing social strategies, compiling and analysing information and developing the situational analysis for each fase of the POMCA: Preparation, Diagnosis, Prospective, Zoning and Formulation
