The aim of the present work is to define the preliminary Master Plan for the execution of hotel and residential complex in the area of Bávaro Lagune in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

GOALS

We have provided the the master plan for an hotel and residential complex in Bàvaro Lagune in Punta Cana, this project is divided in two sectors, one in the west of Laguna Bavaro, adjacent to the beach while the other is in the stripe between the eastern side of the lagoon and the beach, they are connected by a stripe.
