The purpose of this project was the definition of the zoning that was going to affect via urbanization the General Urban Plan of Navalmoral de la Mata, the zone affected is 37192 m2 and it includes 326 houses.
Cost: 4.518.642,88 €
GOALS
The project includes the definition of the various facilities and service networks, typical for an urbanization, such as a network of storm water and wastewater, drinking water supply, irrigation and fire power grid, network public lighting, telephone and telecommunication network and gas network, which will have connection with the different plots that are part of the urbanization.
