The District of Barranquilla has historically had a major problem caused by the streams that run through its urban fabric, leading to stormwater runoff in the area, causing flooding, damage to urban infrastructure and service networks

GOALS

The projected works are aimed at channeling the stream that runs along Calle 84, between Carreras 41B and 74, through the execution of a large buried collector, dimensioned for a return period of 100 years, with multicellular sections and an approximate length of 1,900 meters
